SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Do you have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience and exceptional design and detailing skills and an interest in using natural building materials? If so then we are keen to chat with you. We're looking for a team leader who can take charge in particular of detail design of residential retrofit projects from Stage 4 through to delivery, and work mostly independently and remotely with minimal supervision. In this role, you'll be involved in the low-carbon retrofit of residential projects using natural materials. You'll need a strong understanding of domestic residential design, and UK building regulations, and know how to or be willing to learn innovative low-carbon design detailing that uses natural materials such as wood-fibre/cork/earth blocks/hemp blocks/lime plaster/clay plasters. Proficiency in Vectorworks is ideal, and an interest in the potential of low-carbon residential retrofit to tackle the climate emergency. As a part of Enbee, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career and work on demonstrator projects to illustrate what is possible in the construction industry to reduce carbon.
