1: GETTING STARTED PACKAGE

  • We send you some questions about your project and what you want.

  • We visit you at your site for one hour.
    (This can be done online if you prefer)

  • We write your full brief and confirm it with you. 

  • We investigate the feasibility of your requirements 

  • We provide a rough figure for your potential costs.

   Prices start at £450 for this package

Our charges start at £450 for this package and is dependant on the nature and size of your project.

 

The information gathered during the Getting Started Package stage can then be used to prepare your fee proposal for the whole job. Our fees are based on the complexity and scale of each project, and on the agreed scope of the works or brief.

2: RETROFIT STRATEGY

​

  • We ask you to fill out our questionnaire.

  • We visit you at your site for one hour. (Optional) (This can be done online if you prefer)

  • We use the information we gather to help you to develop your exact brief.

  • We survey the internal & external conditions of your home to help you to get RETROFIT READY.

  • We take key photographs and can survey if required.

  • We use our assessment software to review the current performance of your home then we work out it's potential using measures such as insulation, power supply/controls and solar panels etc.

  • We explain your options in a concise report that lists each measure and the building work cost involved to take your home up to higher EPC ratings.

  • We give you an outline of the costs of the measures.

  • We give you rough outline of our design and coordination costs to get your home retrofitted in a way that maximises the impact, if required.

  • We meet with you or your other consultants to discuss and answer questions about our report findings giving our recommended next steps.

      Prices start at £1800

      Size & complexity dependant.

Our charges start at £1800 for this package and is dependant on the nature and size of your project.
