We visit you at your site for one hour.
(This can be done online if you prefer)
We write your full brief and confirm it with you.
We investigate the feasibility of your requirements
We provide a rough figure for your potential costs.
Prices start at £450 for this package
Our charges start at £450 for this package and is dependant on the nature and size of your project.
The information gathered during the Getting Started Package stage can then be used to prepare your fee proposal for the whole job. Our fees are based on the complexity and scale of each project, and on the agreed scope of the works or brief.

We ask you to fill out our questionnaire.
We visit you at your home to discuss your requirements in more detail.
We use the information we gather to help you to develop your exact brief.
We survey the internal & external conditions of your home to help you to get RETROFIT READY.
We take a measured survey and key photographs.
We use our assessment software to review the current performance of your home then we work out it's potential using measures such as insulation, power supply/controls and solar panels etc.
We explain your options in a concise report that lists each measure and the building work cost involved to take your home up to higher EPC ratings.
We give you an outline of the costs of measures.
We give you an idea of our design and coordination costs to get your home retrofitted in a way that maximises the impact.
We meet with you to discuss and answer questions about our report findings giving our recommended next steps based on your initial brief and available budget.
