Project to develop three-storey apartment block with a four-bedroom apartment on each level. The block aims to provide accommodation for 24 students. It was designed to make use of prevailing winds to act as natural cooling and planting to provide shade to the south side of the building. The building was orientated to take advantage to the best views and developed to provide full security in such a way that it is concealed.

"I crazily bought an awkward shaped plot in Jamaica for student rentals and couldn't imagine how to build on it. However Natalie did a brilliant job at designing the living space and accommodation, I often get spectacular feedback on the layout from my neighbours and especially the students, they really enjoy the living space because of its cool and contemporary design"
