We send you a questionnaire to explore what you want from the assessment. We discuss this with you online or in person when we visit.
CONDITIONS ASSESSMENT
We visit your property and record its condition. For example, we examine wall build-ups, existing insulation, window types, and areas of disrepair. We record the existing heating system and ventilation.

From this we produce a conditions report that explains what you need to do to get your property in the best condition to be retrofit-ready.
RETROFIT STRATEGY
We take our assessment and useour software to provide you with your current energy performance
We review and design different options for insulating your home and add other measures to improve its energy performance.
We create a whole house plan that includes drawings to show you the best locations to add your measures effectively.

We use our software to provide you with the effect on the Energy Rating of the strategy options. Part of the report includes the cost of the materials & fittings + estimated installation cost.
